How to access the Bipolar Education Programme

The Bipolar Education Programme is designed for service users over the age of 18 diagnosed with bipolar disorder and who are inpatients or attending the day care service at St. Patrick’s University Hospital.

If you are worried about your own mental health or that of a relative / friend, your first point of contact should be your GP. Following assessment by your GP, they may recommend that you are referred for an assessment at one of our community mental health clinics called the Dean Clinics or alternatively, your GP may suggest that you need to come into Hospital.
