Leanne has over 10 years’ experience in mental health and has worked in St Pats for over 3 years. She has worked in a variety of specialist areas including; Personality Disorders, Acute Mental Health, Adolescent Mental Health and Eating Disorders. She is particularly interested in Mindfulness: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Eating Disorders.

Catherine is a graduate of Trinity College and has extensive experience in various areas of mental health. She has specialist experience in working with eating disorders. Catherine is currently responsible for the day-to-day running of the programme and facilitates group work, family work and the aftercare group.

Vasiliki Loumpa is an accredited Social Worker and Systemic Psychotherapist, registered member of the Irish Association of Social Workers, the Family Therapy Association of Ireland and the Irish Council for Psychotherapy.
She has experience working with adults, children, couples and families in the areas of eating disorders, addiction and mental health. Vasiliki has a special interest in couple and family relationships, young adult and adolescent mental health, abuse, domestic violence, bereavement, and mental health recovery.

Toni, a graduate of the Tavistock Centre and University of East London, has 20 years experience in working with people with eating disorders and provides professional and clinical leadership in this specialist area
She provides a comprehensive assessment and referral service, works with clients and families on a group and individual basis, manages the overall running of the eating disorders programme and provides a consultative service to all health professionals.
She is also involved in research and is currently undertaking a PhD in Trinity College Dublin in the area of partners of people with eating disorders.

Louise has worked in mental health in a variety of settings, since graduating from Trinity College in 2003. Louise has been working on the eating disorders programme in St. Patricks since 2007. Louise is currently undertaking a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy in Trinity, and will be completing research in the field of eating disorders as part of this.

Teresa has extensive experience in mental health nursing and has specialised in the area of eating disrders for the past five years. She is involved in the day to day runnung of the programme and has training in group facilitation and eating disorder practitioner skills. She is particularly interested in motivational work and is currently undertaking training in counselling and psychotherapy.

Dr Sarah Prasad has 12 years experience in psychiatry. She has a special interest in eating disorders, depression and anxiety disorders. She also has training in Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and has an interest in the application of CBT for the treatment of eating disorders, depression and anxiety. Dr Sarah Prasad runs the eating disorder programme at St Patrick’s University Hospital and sees patients at the Dean Clinic Sandyford and St Patrick’s.
