Applying for positions

Application for all positions in the Hospital is by CV and cover letter, with some posts also requiring the completion of an application form, if specified.

The objectives of your CV are to highlight the aspects of your education and past work experience, which you believe to be most relevant to the job you are applying for. Your CV should

  • give a brief but full account of past education and work experience
  • be honest and truthful
  • highlight your achievements to date.
  • ideally be typed.
  • have been proof read and spell-checked prior to submission
  • include up to date contact details.

Each application should specify the post being applied for. In the interest of fairness, applications received outside the specified closing date for a position are generally not accepted by the Hospital
